Going to the service portal homepage in Internet Explorer 11 you are presented with a blank white page for 15 - 20 seconds before the home page loads.

In Google Chrome the same page loads instantly (under a second).

Same with other pages, for example the Dashboard. Internet Explorer takes 15 - 20 seconds to load all the boxes on the page (Task summary, SLA Violation By Priority etc etc). But In Google Chrome it's instant.

Do we know what will be slowing down IE so much?
