Hi, I am using OpManager v12, but I am having some troubles to get started. After the installation process is completed and I login into OpManager, I get an alert like this “OpManager has detected that it has lost network connectivity and has suspended all monitoring. Monitoring will be automatically resumed once connectivity is established.”. When I access the device information for the server, the status is “Device not Monitored”. Any idea what might be? Cannot connect OpManager to SQL DB Server
I'm attempting to install OpManager 11.6 Enterprise as a primary server in our environment. When I reach the point in the installation where I need to connect to the SQL server, I am putting in what I believe is the correct information but getting an error that the host name or port number is incorrect. I've tried using the SQL SA account as well as my account with domain admin privileges. I've tried the FQDN for the Host Name as well. The port 1433 is open for TCP on the SQL server. issues with URLs in SDP 9204
Since upgrading to SDP build 9204, we have noticed an issue in which the URLs in the notification emails that requesters, approvers, etc., receive do not link to the appropriate request, but redirect to the home page of the SDP instead. We have also noticed this issue with some of our reports as well. When clicking on a link to access an auto-generated report under the Reports tab, the URL points to a random request instead of the specific report. Has anyone else seen this issue? Does anyone know
Unable to deploy IE11 patch (KB3124275)
I am currently trying to deploy the patch update (KB3124275) through desktop central and for whatever reason I cannot get it to deploy on any computer. I have tried manually installing the update which works absolutely fine. When trying to deploy the update it states is "Not Applicable" when I know for a fact that it should be applicable as I have tested manually. Anyone run into this issue before? Issue Automating Deployments on "First" Day of Month
Hello We are have real problem when trying to schedule a job on the "First" Day of month. It the scheduler ignores the first occurrence and selects the next occurrence as the "First" day. See below where I schedule a job to start on the First Friday of April - The date it chooses is the Friday the 8th, rather than the real First Friday the 1st. Notification Rules, Replying to a Request Template - Can't delete Table
I'm having an issue with the Message template. Tables are impossible to edit when built in the template using the Insert Table button. I made a table in Microsoft Word and pasted it into the Template Text Box. This worked gracefully on all the templates but one. I need to edit the template, but it won't let me delete the table from the text box. I've tried all the obvious ways to do it. After loading Password Manager in Chrome I cannot load Service Desk
Both PW Manager and Service Desk work alongside each other in Internet Explorer and also work separately in both Chrome and IE. I have lost Admin ability twice now when working in Service Desk. The 1st time I had to re-create my account and it just happened again. I've cleared ie cache. Duplicate Columns in Technician View
Version 9024 In Technician View the default layout is showing the columns duplicated. When you go to turn them off you will see more. I didn't notice if this was in the previous version.
Draft responses are saved even when the reply was sent
As the subject says, on several requests where a support rep has already sent a reply the draft response is still there and need to be deleted manually. How come these draft responses are kept? SCP build 8004.
OpManager V12 - unable to start service after running out of disk space
We ran out of disk space where our OpManager 12 install was located. After clearing up disk space, we are unable to start the service. Custom Fields not populating with default value
I have an additional field defined as type pick list with values Yes or No. The default value defined is "No" however when new incidents are created they are not receiving the default value, they are blank. Do I have to make the field mandatory on the template/form for it to populate a default value? That is the only thing I can think of, we were hoping to not make it mandatory as some of our group needs to use this field and others will not but we always wanted new incidents to be created with a

Incident Templates Crashing and other stuff
Hi there, Currently on v9.1 build 9114, Browser is IE 10 and database is running on MS SQL. we are currently experiencing issues where we try to edit incident templates but when pressing backspace or delete on blank spaces a whole lot of bullet points appear, after removing them (we'll trying to) IE 10 crashes. Can't modify Incident - Additional Field (pick list) since update to Build 9100
Since the update to 9100, in Admin > Helpdesk Customizer > Incident - Additional Fields, I click on the Edit button to modify an existing Pick List field. There are no Values shown, even though they can be seen in Requests. Am I doing this incorrectly or is this a bug? Below is the field containing values when viewing a Request.

Trouble with images in reply emails
Good morning, I am having some trouble with images in Reply emails to service requests. Initially we had everyone put our company logo in their signature, but this seemed to not appear properly in the emails. The workaround we found was to put our company logo in the Reply template so that it will be included in every reply. For the most part this seems to be working. However, if there is an image in the original email that created the ticket, SDP seems to be grabbing that image instead of the one
Unable to add tasks to change
I'm using SDP 9203 on Windows Server 2008 with MySQL database. I created a new change. It's currently in the Implementation phase. I'm trying to add a task under the Task Details sections. I've tried to add several tasks, but they are not being saved. Whenever I try to save the task, it says it's been saved successfully, but the tasks are not showing up under the Task Details section. Is this a bug? I'm using Chrome 49. Thanks.

Hi. We have just set up our ServiceDesk and are using AD authentication with pass-through. We have an LDAP import scheduled everyday. Everything is working correctly, however, we noticed that all of our users have been imported twice - meaning each user is given two separate records. Each of the employee's two records always list the same (correct) information from AD (e.g. phone, email, etc.) aside from the "site" and the "domain." While attempting to create an SLA based against a Sub-category item, it appears to be impossible to tell which is the parent. This is a challenge, as I have identically named sub-categories. I need to configure an SLA against a specific subcategory in a specific category. Any thoughts?

ServiceDeskPlus MSP v9.0 Build 9001 - Chrome 48.0.2564.116 m - Missing Flash Plugin
After upgrading to SDP MSP v9 Build 9001 and using Chrome 48.0.2564.116 m , I get an error message on the dashboard saying "Plugin is required to display all graphs on this page" with a "Install Missing Plugin" button. It appears the plugin issue is with the Flash plugin, which is built into Chrome and is enabled in my Chrome installation. The issue only seems to affect the Dashboard page. How do I resolve this?
