"The AuthenticationFailure trap is received from XXX. The trap details are as follows"

I constantly receive from all Wintel servers same error "The AuthenticationFailure trap is received from XXX. The trap details are as follows" - SNMP is configured properly, it passes all tests but OPmanager still shows errors. Does anyone have clue what's wrong?
