Issue Automating Deployments on "First" Day of Month

We are have real problem when trying to schedule a job on the "First" Day of month. It the scheduler ignores the first occurrence and selects the next occurrence as the "First" day.

See below where I schedule a job to start on the First Friday of April - The date it chooses is the Friday the 8th, rather than the real First Friday the 1st.

This is the same if i try the First Sunday.. It will select the 10th rather than the 3rd of April.

This causes us a very real problem, as we are trying to deploy patches to a production environment and have to know exactly what day these are being released.
