Software Totals Incorrect

Software Totals Incorrect

I am auditing our installed versions of flash. The "Installation(s)" number in the "Software Details"  tab is lower in than the "Total" number on the "Installations" tab.

Is there a way to correct this? Most are off by one but some a of by much more. Why would the totals be different on the two tabs?

I am using  9.2  Build  9207
