I have updated the version for n.°:92087, my profile deny instalation of apps, but now when I distributed a app, I have received this erro: "The App Store is disabled." I can't enable to install apps in my profile, this option show the appstore for the user. This is a problem with build number "92087" or a configuration? All the best :)

Opmanager monitor "Units" is in percentage even after changing to "GB"
I want to monitor my disk space in GB instead of percentage % because different disk has different sizes and percentage is not the best way to monitor disk space for 100s of servers. I tried to change monitor units to GB but it still gives me % value, see screenshot attached. any help to rectify this issue. Thanks

Dear Support Team, My Service Desk MSP is running on windows 2008 R2. Version is 9.x It has been running well for more than half year. Recently there is outage on our storage, and the application stops working. We then cleaned up the storage and now it has sufficient storage space. However, when we tried to start the application , the app was hanging in the the booting process. Searching incidents only returns 1000 results
We had this issue with a previous release when a search only returned the first 1000 results, we've just upgraded to the latest build and its happening again. Someone remind me how to fix this so we can either get all results or the latest incidents rather than the oldest ones
"Move Remote Home Folders" moves the folder without any data
Using the "Move Remote Home Folders" feature has a scary glitch. I tested it on multiple test users, and it only move the top level folder to the new UNC path, and none of the data in the folder. I manually moved some folders to make sure it wasn't some strange server policy that was stripping the files from the folder. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Loss of data inserted when resolving a ticket
Dear all, When we enter a resolution and decide that the next step of the ticket should be Closed (say, through FCR). After filling in all the information in the Close pop up window, if there are mandatory fields a technician needs to add, this window disappears and all the information with it is also gone. SDP should store the data which was inserted because the technician might not be aware that there is mandatory data missing. Kind regards, JS

Serious issue: SLA rule fails
Guys, There is a serious issue in version 9.2.32 when the SLA is assigned based on the support group the ticket belongs to. So, when the ticket is shifted between support groups directly from the ticket list (by clicking on "Group" field) the SLA conditions are not being checked (!) thereby the SLA is not updated and remain the same as it was before reassigning the ticket. Can't get reports about custom fields
Hello, I have a problem to get reports about custom fields I have created under a specific service category. The report says that the fields are empty, but they aren't. When I create the same custom fields under the "Common fields" category everything works fine. Is that a bug? (We use the latest version of SDP.) Thanks for your help!
Bulk User Creation is poor at detecting empty rows or columns
I have HR users who submit CSV files for bulk user creation. More than 50% of the time, ADManager gives a verification error on a row or column that is blank. Also, the csv sometimes will not even upload because it claims "Empty Header Data" on a column that is blank. I think ADManager should be better at detecting blank rows and columns and automatically excluding them. Thanks, Daniel L.

Unable to close tasks. Parent tasks status field is locked to OPEN.
Error message when trying to close task: Cannot complete child task while parent task is still not completed. We've tried to close the parent task and the field is locked. We are new to SDP so I am not ruling out user error here, but I'd like to close off these tasks regardless. Hello, I have been have an issue where the buttons/tabs in SD keep going black. I have tried many different solutions, such as adding the site to compatibility view, checking addons, clearing cache, updating servicedesk, updating video drivers; all with no luck. The solution that manageengine support has already suggested is to upgrade servicedesk, as this fixes a bug with SHA 2, but I don't understand why this wouild be happening on only 2 specific machines. Certificate Chain not Valid
Hello, We are using desktopcentral (version 91113) with mdm integration (with the Forwarding Server version 90016). On the destkopcentral server we have a certificate signed by an internal CA (local only - not third party CA). This certificate is trusted by the domain. On the forwarding server we have a certificate trusted by Start-SSL, public side of MDM. Since beginning of december (build 910099 I suppose) we have an error showed in the desktop central server interface : Certificate Chain not Valid.

ADAudit management page is inaccessible
I've created a ticket but the waiting seems to be taken forever (which makes me frustrated), and my server is still down, so I hope I can get some help here. Currently my ADAudit management site is not accessible for both HTTP and HTTPS. For HTTP, it keeps adding /home.do to the end of the url, and it says access is forbidden.
