NIC drivers problems

NIC drivers problems

Dear,
I'm trying to deploy a image to a Dell Optilplex 7040. Osdeploy doesn't recognize the nic driver. Please advise on how to continue. Can i put the drivers somewhere on the server or is there a other possibility?
