Loss of data inserted when resolving a ticket

Dear all,

When we enter a resolution and decide that the next step of the ticket should be Closed (say, through FCR). After filling in all the information in the Close pop up window, if there are mandatory fields a technician needs to add, this window disappears and all the information with it is also gone.

SDP should store the data which was inserted because the technician might not be aware that there is mandatory data missing.
