Bulk User Creation is poor at detecting empty rows or columns
I have HR users who submit CSV files for bulk user creation. More than 50% of the time, ADManager gives a verification error on a row or column that is blank. Also, the csv sometimes will not even upload because it claims "Empty Header Data" on a column that is blank.
I think ADManager should be better at detecting blank rows and columns and automatically excluding them.
