strange problems when importing from csv
Hello, We are currently evaluating the Password Manager Pro and found some strange problems when we try to import passwords from csv file: 1. only even number lines are imported. It is noticed that only even number lines are mentioned in the pmp0.txt. To confirm that is what happened, I purposely move some odd number lines to even and supprised to see it is really only imported when it's even; 2. Resource Audit missed and did not report anything for some importing failure though the pmp0.txt showed
Nor able to create HTTP monitor with form based login
Hi Tryning to create a HTTP monitor for a formbased login site, but not able to login When trying the Recorder application - it is not able to view the login page. Can you help me? How can I configure the monitor? The page uses formbased login into Wildfly with j_unsername & j_password paramaters. CPU Utilization Extremely High

Windows 10 Anniversary Build 1607 False Positive Finding
I've been working on pushing out the Windows 10 1607 build to some of our PCs. Because Microsoft has been having issues with 1607 and the cumulative updates, they've had to create multiple variations of those cumulative updates each month. In September and October I've noticed on our PCs with 1607 that I receive false positives after the newer CU is applied. Example: KB111111 is released and applied to a PC. Desktop Central scans the PC and all is well. KB111112 is released to fix an issue with KB111111
Patch dependency
Hello, I was patching a pc when I got a message in DC saying that patch id 21330 was not applicable. The reason was "dependency patch is not applicable for this target". I checked in the log and found that patch id 21330 is dependent on patch 103214 which doesn't even show up as missing anywhere. I manually installed the patch on the system and got no errors. Did a patch scan after that and the 21330 patch is installed on the system. Is there an issue with that patch's dependency info ? Why did I
CSV upload
The issue that I am having is I am trying to upload a CSV file with the licence information ect, so I can manage our licences easier. The issue I'm facing is that I'm downloading the CSV file from the software licence report and when I attempt to upload the same csv file in the manage licence section, it tells me that it is not in the correct format to upload it. I am unsure why this is the case when I am downloading the CSV file from desktop central and when I don't edit the file and try to upload

Problems in creating incidents.
Hi fellas! After upgrading the version of ServiceDesk Plus to the 9229 version, I noticed a strange behavior in the creation of incidents: By clicking "Add request", if during the loading of the page I click again, two different incidents will be created. If I click 10 times, 10 new incidents will be created. I'm not sure if this behavior occurs in earlier versions. Anyone going through this?

Global View does not show all Tickets
Hi there, We realized a very important issue for our Service Desk Teamleaders: in the Global View, only Incidents with status "Open" and "On Hold" are being displayed per Technician. However, we do have several custom Status in the categories "In Progress" and "Completed". We request, that in the Global View, also all Custom Status are being considered to display the total amount of assigned Tickets. Startup service failed when change OS date
Dear All, My ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus version is 9.2 Build 9227 install on Windows server 2008. Due to the Operating System current date setting was wrong, I have to change OS date and time setting back to one day, such as aleter the date '2016/10/24' to '2016/10/23'. After that I restart the whole OS but SDP startup failed, error log detailed as 'Inconsistent change detected in date settings error code 527'. 'Add to Dashboard' button disappeared after upgrade from 9212 to 9229
Hi Expert, Recently we upgraded the SDP from 9212 to 9229 in our testing server. After comparing the production and testing system, it's found that the button of 'Add to Dashboard' in Reports disappeared. The following screenshot comes from the production system (9212) and you could see that button is there. But in the testing system (9229) that button disappears in the same report. System time in Service Desk does not match Server time, method of timestamping unclear
I see nowhere to configure the time showing in the top right of the service desk interface. It is not showing server time either. Server time is correct per our technical group, but the SD interface time is one hour off (perhaps due to recent change from/to daylight savings). Tasks after upgrade to 9200 not listed for some users

Application Manager Failing to Authenticate to a Server...
Hi, We are trying to configure a Windows Monitor for a Server with the Correct User Name and Password. But We are receiving the "Error : Failed. Authentication failed. Kindly verify the username and password provided." Cannot load email reply from close request
When a technician resolves a ticket, the requester receives a close request via email. The requester can either close the request by selecting the close link or 'reply to this email to keep the ticket open' This reply gets logged to the ticket but will not load, when selecting the reply email the spinning loading wheel spins forever. Bug: WoL via Deployment Policy
I have v92119. I simply cannot get any Deployment policy to wake up any devices. However, a scheduled WoL task under Tools does work. I have 90+ PC's and out of hours patch scheduled do not work. To get around this, I have to use a scheduled WoL task beforehand. As an example, a patch schedule with a deploymemt policy to wake up 90 PC's at 02:00 will not wake them up. However, a scheduled WoL task at 02:30 will wake them up. This is not a scalable solution because you cannot assign a scheduled WoL
Bug: Registering Agents when over Licenses
We have version 92119. Last week we installed agents on 3 PC's. However we reached our licence limit so these devices never showed in the console. After we applied more licences, the PC's still did not show in the console, even after several reboots. We were able to install agents on other PC's and the came up in the console. The only way we could get the 3 PC's to show in the console was to repair the agent install. To summarise - agents will not register if you install when over your licence limit,
