What is the problem with KB4018385 update? The KB4018385 update is no longer available. It was removed because it causes Office 2016 to crash when you work with charts. Microsoft has not released a fix for this issue. Resolution: Uninstall the update with Patch Manager Plus Microsoft recommends not to install this update.
