Mobile Device Manager Plus (MDM) now supports remote troubleshooting for Lenovo devices

You can now remotely control Lenovo devices over-the-air and in real-time. This includes viewing the device screen as well as accessing the device settings which is an effective approach to identify and fix issues on devices used by remote employees. 


In addition to supporting unattended remote access, Remote Control lets IT admins communicate with the device users via Remote Chat which helps in better undertsanding of the problem. It also supports a number of  security commands like lock, reboot, etc., which can be executed during the remote session. 


MDM also supports Remote Control for Samsung and Sony devices apart from supporting remote view for iOS and other Android devices.
