Automatic Warranty Scan does not occur for my HP computers. I have 844 HP computers. All of these computers are correctly picking up the Service Tag during scans. I have used the "Feed Custom Data for Computers" tool to perform a bulk update and added the Product Number for these computers. Good morning, I notice that whenever I do a Patch Scan, every machine that has Chrome installed shows up in DC as needing the latest version of Flash. Patch Scan Suggestion For Improvement
I noticed a problem with one of our servers today. The server has been failing patch scans for almost 2 months but it was hard to tell there was a problem though due to the way Desktop Central views are shown. As the last succesful scan of the server occured when the server was up to date with missing patches - the server appeared in the "Healthy Server" group and has remained there ever since despite missing weeks of updates. Hi, Is there a way to create a report that shows Windows Installer version on computers? It looks like standard Inventory report can only see Windows Installer cleanup tool and some Installer version that have patches.

When will this feature be available for Android Devices? Corporate or Selective Wipe - All installed profiles will be wiped out. Apache Vulnerability
Hi Team, we recently had a vulnerability scan ran and they found that several of our servers had issues that mentioned Apache. In doing some digging it seems that Manage Engine may be one of the reasons why Apache would appear on a particular server. Can you tell me if Manage Engine utlizes Apache in any way and if so if I could get some assistance with remediating the things that were brought up in our Pen test?
Exclude based on OU
Hi When deploying a configuration to a custom group of Users, I would like to be able to exclude the configuration from running on another custom group, OU or Active Directory group but I only have the option to exclude based on Remote Office, architecture, OS or machine type. For example, I want to deploy a configuration to a particular set of users, but I don't want that configuration to be applied to any machines that are Conference Room desktops. Is this possible? Leftover Configuration and DB Restore Issues

Multiple Daily Patch Scans - are they usefull
I have approximately 1300 PCs in remote locations (non-AD joined) that are turned on at different times of the day and some not very often. (one or twice a month) I need to configure a Scan, Download and Deploy Configuration(s) that will scan each and every PCs soon after it is turned on and download and deploy patches. We do not set a reboot for these PCs and allow the user to keep the PC on until they are ready to shutdown. I have considered setting one to start at 6:30 AM Another at 9:00 AM

Dear community, Google Chrome is defined as prohibited software in our environment. For the last couple of days i've tried to get a working uninstall command to get Chrome version 24.0.1312.57 auto-uninstalled without success. Feature Request - mass editing of scheduled deployments
It would be nice to be able to mass edit scheduled configurations. For example, if we have 10 scheduled deployments for 2nd Friday, and we wish to change them all to 3rd Friday without editing each one individually.

Not restarting after deployment
I have an automated deployment scheduled and configured to not reboot if a user is logged on. The attached screen shot shows the status of the deployment. The problem is that this user is not actually logged on. This was the last person who used the computer, but they already logged off yesterday! To complete the deployment I had to login to the computer and click the Desktop Central popup message to initiate the reboot. Why did DC not correctly detect that no user was actually logged in at this

Feature Request - advanced scheduling
Microsoft and Adobe release on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, so we prefer to run our DC configurations on the following Friday. However, there is no guarantee that this will always be the 2nd Friday. If the first day of the month is a Friday, then our desired deployment date would be on the 3rd Friday of that month. We would like the ability to schedule deployments for "the Friday following the 2nd Tuesday of the month." Thanks!

Is it possible to initiate Remote Control of a computer by calling the Desktop Central procedure from a 3rd party app? For example, we have another product to manage our Service Desk, and we would like to be able to insert a button or link into the Incident form that passes the computer name to Desktop Central and initiates the Remote control procedure. Desktop Central Remote Control not Launching Window while using ActiveX Option
I'm experiencing an issue after the last update with Remote Control where I can connect to a client using the ActiveX option however my screen never changes to view the remote clients screen. My screen never "turns blue" and then I can see the clients screen. If I use Java it works. Anyone else experiencing this? I have tried in both IE8 and Firefox. I have also set all the security options in both browsers to the appropriate settings. Thanks

Hi there, Trying to get my 1st mobile device enrolled into MDM. I can send the enrollment request via email, open the page on the device, login and successfully receive the certificates, but the enrollment page within DesktopCentral never goes beyond the "Yet to enroll" status. In the sales calls prior to purchasing Desktop Central, I was told that it would work with Microsoft's DFS-R (formerly DFS/FRS). We are big users and want to be able to leverage DFS with replication to push out packages to branch offices the same way we have for years. Custom Group Change - Patches were installed
Hello, I was hoping you could help me out with an issue just occurred today with Desktop Central. I moved 4 machines that were not in any groups into an existing Custom Group with no issues. About an hour later I received a call from the business owners of those servers stating that Windows Patches were pushed out and installed on them. How to create a valid digital signature on the Desktop Central .msi agent install file?
When downloading the Desktop Central .msi agent installation file, windows prompts because it has an invalid digital signature. Is there a way to sign this file so it's valid and can be downloaded/installed without having to "convince" Windows or bypass windows security? I want to make it as easy as possible for a user to click a url and initiate a "silent" agent installation.
