No Desktop Central link when creating a new discussion (as a guest)

No Desktop Central link when creating a new discussion (as a guest)

I'm attempting to post a question to the Desktop Central forum (as a guest), but Desktop Central doesn't have a link in the "Forum" section to the right of the main window.  Is this an oversight?  Thanks.
