Desktop Central MSP move from one server to another

Hi,

we have a Desktop Central MSP 8 (Build 80014) server. it is running on windows 2003 R2 Std. Now we are planning to move it to another machine with windows server 2008 Ent.

Please explain the process for DC MSP 8 migration.
