When deploying a configuration to a custom group of Users, I would like to be able to exclude the configuration from running on another custom group, OU or Active Directory group but I only have the option to exclude based on Remote Office, architecture, OS or machine type.  For example, I want to deploy a configuration to a particular set of users, but I don't want that configuration to be applied to any machines that are Conference Room desktops.  Is this possible?
