Is it possible to close a window according to it's title / heading

Hi Guy's.

First time poster so please be gentle?

Is it at all possible either using DTCentral or via a GPO to close / deny a window from opening according to it's title or perhaps using a key word?

I have the need to ban / deny some students from being able to open certain programs / windows etc on the computers at school.

We used to use a program called Ranger for Networks by Sentinal which are now RM I believe, anyway; there was the ability to close a window as soon as it was opened according to its title which you simply added to the list and hey presto job done.

I was wondering if anyone out there knew of any way this can be done.

I would be very grateful for any help and advice.
