Adding technicians through an AD Group
Hi , Currently trying to add technicians through an AD group with the users already part of it ,however when they try to do login .. they all getting : Your Account is not configured either as help desk technician or as workflow technician. Please note

How do I delete an AD group that has been added to a workflow? I see no option to delete it. I can delete "direct users", which are ME accounts, but no the AD groups. Thank you
