User Modification Templates: "Add To Group" Including Duration
Hello! I'm new to the product & could use some guidance while learning my way around.
We are attempting to customize user modification templates
for techs to Request Action > Add To Group which would include a selectable
Duration for group membership. This
field appears in the system’s own “Create Modification Request” template, as depicted
in the attached image. We’re unable, however,
to locate any template field or setting that allows for requesting Duration.
Is Duration available within the user modification templates? Or is there another option for getting this input from requesters? Thanks!
