We have a hybrid AD with Exchange online and no on prem Exchange server.

I've found work arounds for most things, but need a solution to how to append smtp addresses through ADMP.

I can only do this otherwise via ADUC attribute editor or Powershell, and can't do it through Exchange Online or Azure AD, but would ideally automate it in ADMP.

It's important for us to be able to see the proxy addresses so that they can be appended and not just overwritten.
