Create User – ADManager Plus Integration

Hello, We use ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and AD Manager Plus (on Premise) we would like to be able use a service desk form to create new user, currently the two ManageEngine products are integrated but clicking the “Create User” option within ServiceDesk Plus from the widget presents blank text fields, it would be useful to scrape the data from the ServiceDesk ticket and enter this information into the ManageEngine widget. This functionality is available with the on-premises version of ServiceDesk Plus, with the on-premises version there is a file that translates the values in the ticket to the field’s widget, having the same functionality in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud would be great.
