Hi ,

Currently trying to add technicians through  an AD group with the users already part of it  ,however when they try to do login .. they all getting :

Your Account is not configured either as help desk technician or as workflow technician.

Please note that i am adding the technician (no directly)  via delegation ...  selecting the Domain / adding the group /Role -create users and reset password and all OU .

I just find out that the issue appears when the user is added from my subdomain , if the user is added from the main Domain which is where i have ADMP .. then all good :/
