SPD v10510 Internal error
Hi Updated SDP v10500 to v10510 and now alot of users get Internal error message when they change stuff in requests. The problem is browser related, some users have problem in chrome/IE, for others it works. Some users has no problems at all. Browser cache is cleared. SDP v10510 SQL 2014 //Peter

When I CC someone on an email and the CC'd person replies it does not show that it is coming from that person and instead it shows that it is from the original requestor. Is there a variable I can put in the reply template that would have the email address of the person replying?
Deleted technician still visible
Hi, Have a problem with a deleted technician that is still showing up when adding or editing requests. I can't find the technician in the admin module (technicians or requester) or cmdb, but i'm able to find him as "resigned" in the DB. Is there a mssql query i can run to completely remove him?

Business rule for a particular word in the subject
Hi there, I've currently got a business rule to auto categorise a keyword in the subject field which is "ability" But it appears that words such as "availability" that has the word "ability" in it, get run by the business rule where I don't want it to run. Any ideas on how to get this to rule to work for only the "ability" word?
Outgoing E-mail Notifications
I am having some issue regarding the outgoing automated e-mail from the system. I have some screenshot that will help describing my situation here. The first and second picture are not the e-mail we are expecting, and we cannot find out the problem that caused that e-mail being sent. Meanwhile, the third picture is the one we are expecting. Business Rule to convert issue created via email to request template
Hi there! I have a business need to be able to convert an issue ticket that comes in and is created via the email process to a request template. The reason is that the issue templates don't have the ability to have tasks assigned by default. Is there a script that we could execute in a business rule to convert the incoming ticket to a service request, instead of it being an issue. That way we can have tasks on the ticket by default. If there's another solution you can think of, I'm open to suggestions.

System Notifications
Hi I am using the change module and have noticed that my system notifications are not working. when a change is raised me as he change owner is not receiving an email stating it has been raised. I have checked the settings and all appears to be ok. I have tested it by ending a notification from the actions button and appears to be ok. It is just not working during the workflow. the workflow has also been configured to notify change owner during each stage.

Business rule notifications dont use the correct template
I have set up a business rule to notify certain technicians when certain SRs are raised. I have clicked 'edit email template' on the rule and inserted the fields I want in the notification into the template However when we receive the notification it doesn't include those fields or the correct text. I am building a couple new forms that will require approval on them. I've read on the ServiceDesk Plus Admin guide that Technicians AND Requesters can be approvers. I have a test account that I use. unable to start service desk
originally i had an issue where the import from active directory was not working. I found on the support site to edit file general-securityaccess and add null to the line after restarting the service desk it no longer worked.
