HA issue after upgrade to 9.1.0
After upgrading to 9.1.0, HA shows that it is not running, but if I attempt to connect to the secondary server it automatically switches me to the primary server, indicating that HA actually is running.
Issues with the "Replying to a Request" template
Right now I have the following as the "Replying to a Request" template: The template works and looks fine on the requester's end, but when the technician goes to reply to a requester's comment, this will happen: So the template applies itself again, and it looks... awful. Am I doing anything wrong? How can I get it so this doesn't happen? FYI - I designed the template in Microsoft Word, and copy/pasted it into ServiceDesk Plus.
Java unknown source errors during setup
Hi, I have just installed service desk plus onto Windows Server 2012 R2 and from what I can see everything installed just fine. I used the defaults for everything including the database. I am now trying to change the database to MSSQL but seem to be encountering some errors. I run the change DB bat file and fill in all the details then test the connection which comes back as fine. I hit save and then the bat file seems to just throw a few errors. I have attached the file for reference. Hope someone
Multiple AD accounts showing when adding
We run in a VMware virtual environment. When I go into ADaudit to add newly created VMs, there are often 5-15 with the exact same name, and I end up having to add all of them, which goes over our license. So then I have to wait until the first successful poll, and go back in and delete the ones that failed. There has to be a better way to do this.

How do I change a login username? (for a technician)
We just discovered the Service Desk Plus iPhone app and would love to get started using it. Unfortunately, quite a while back I used my Active Directory username, but did not have it authenticate against AD/LDAP. Now I can't log in to the mobile app because my username is the same as a directory username, so the app gets confused since it isn't multi-domain aware. Any thoughts on how I can change my username without changing any historical data? I imagine my username should only exist in one location

Report to monitor call count in a queue over the week
I want to add a graph to show the calls open in a queue and how this changes over the week, preferably with Open and On-Hold calls amalgamated into the total count. Basically we want a call count of active calls at the end of each day so we have a visualisation to check if the queue is going up or down over the week, I can't work out how to achieve this though using the reporting function.

Hello, We have HP ProCurve switches with stack access. When I configured credentials and tested it – it told me that all is fine but actually – backup failed everytime. Strange situations but in a first time my credentials works fine with telnet tftp, now it brokes. Problem that every time when I'am logging in to our HP 3500yl switches (commander) I have a promt to select the switch from stack and it is brokes backup-function.

Support Rep becoming a contact
Hi, We currently have 4 different business units and we seem to be having an issue with Support Reps becoming a contact in either their business unit or one of the others. Once this happens it seems they are only able to log in as a customer via the customer portal. The only way to fix it is to find out what business unit they are a contact in and delete them... But I can not keep doing this, at the moment we ore not setup as single sign on (AD) and each support rep has their own username and password.

Ethernet Interface Template Changes to not overwriting existing interface settings
Hi All, We have an issue where the changes we make to the Ethernet Interface template are not correctly applying to existing interfaces. We are taking the following steps as per the attached screenshots. However, after disabling monitoring of the discard rates, and changing the threshold of the utilization to be able 90%, we are still getting e-mail alerts when the threshold on interfaces goes over the default level of 30%, and still getting e-mails about discard rates, which we do not want to get.

SNMP is matched but test credential always failed
Good Afternoon ManageEngine, Since many days ago, I am attempting to check the connection between my servers and OpManager but the connection always failed. I checked my snmp community, my ssh credentials also firewalls and IPtables are disabled on the server. but still have the same result. I used mibbrowser tools and see that the problem looks like connections timed out. Nevertheless both servers can receive and sent ICMP packets. Can anyone help me, how do I resolve it ? If I edit the field Status from the "Request Properties" and i try to save the changes it fails and goes back to the last status. Edit: Im trying to close the request using this method but i can´t update it, when i click on the green tick it goes back to the last status.

Freezing Windows 10 PC when remoting in
Hello all, I am having an issue that happens to about 30% of the windows 10 PCs in my environment. When trying to remote access them from desktop central, I can work for about 5 seconds and then the user's PC will completely freeze and have to be power cycled. This only happens to Windows 10 PCs and only some of them. Is anyone else experiencing this or able to provide some information on how I can prevent this from happening? Thanks

Remote Control on Terminal Server Cluster
I can't seem to populate any users on the servers that are in my terminal server cluster. It will allow me to use the chat function, but cannot remote control the sessions. The only users that are populated are on the connection broker server (sr0dxets10). I would really like to use this product, but this would be it's main function for my Helpdesk.
