Problem creating a login user via RESTful API in VB.NET
Hello all, I have the below code with which I am trying to create a login user via the RESTful API in VB.NET. The API returns that this is an invalid JSON but when I validate the JSON via any online validation site it comes back as valid. Does anyone have an idea as far as why it may be failing? Service Desk Plus MSP too Slow
Hi, we are using Manage Eninge Service Desk Plus MSP Version : 9.0 Build 9009, Database : postgres we are facing slowness issue. some time even the pages are also not loading whit screen only coming. after some refresh it will come in to normal stage. and it repeating continuously. CPU utilisation is normal 16%, Memory utilisation is 1.56 GB of 4GB. we increase the heap size of java from 128 MB to 2GB. please help us to trouble shoot the issue. Thanks Anoop PS Mob - 9995822232
Upgrading from 9307 to 9314
Hello, Last night I tried upgrading our ServiceDesk software to the latest build. I performed a backup of the database and then when the Java UI came up to select the service pack file I downloaded from https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/service-packs.html I get a message that says we are already on the most recent build. However in the about section of ServiceDesk it still says we are on build 9307. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Skylar
SNMP matches but test credentials failed - Request Timed Out
Good Afternnon Team ManageEngine, Since many days ago, I am attempting to establish a communication between my linux servers and OpManager, I checked my snmp community, both device can send and receive ICMP packet's(Ping) but the result of test credentials is failed. Requester - Additional Field available to filter requests?``

Is there a way that I can display/allow access to specific reports/report folders to technicians. I have tested and for some reason the reports module is not that security driven. For Example. A Finance Technician can run reports for Infrastructure, although the setting for the role applied is "All in group & Assigned to Technician [Requests and Changes only]"

Rebrand Password Manager Pro 9.1
The default text in the login window (Password Manager Pro is a complete solution to control, … and so on) has a nice bulleted list (attaching Bulleted_list.PNG). But if i look at the rebranding section on the admin-page the text "Login Page Description" is just in one line (attaching notso_bulleted_text.PNG). Integrating SCP with Jira
While I've done the SCP to Jira integration successfully, I see a concern. If a user in SCP clicks on the menu "Create a New Issue in Jira" twice, 2 tickets get created in Jira. This causes duplicates. I need it such that when the first time user clicks the menu "Create a New Issue in Jira", a new ticket should be created in Jira. Post this user should not be allowed to create another Jira ticket for the same SCP request ID. Also, is there a way to update the ticket in Jira with additional information

I have a problem to start the application, uninstalled it by mistake, but when trying to reinstall it has been impossible, try many times but the problem persists, the server is not started correctly and could not view the application again, please help . Errorcode 80071392 when creating User
Hi there, when trying to create a new User via my own Usertemplate in aDManager Plus I receive the Errorcode 80071392: The Object already exists. Unfortunately I created rules, so when ADManager detects a duplicate Username it just adds a Number to it. But I think it isn't working... Then I tried to add the Number manually by myself. But the erorr still exists. I am on the newest Version of ADManager Plus. What could be my mistake? Thank you!
Remote Registry take to long to open
I have been trying out the new remote registry feature and found it to be hit and miss. Sometimes when I manage a pc and open the registry it will open right away. Other times it will keep loading and eventually time out. Then I will have to try again. This is a nice feature but it does not seem to be working correct is this a known issue or is there some reason it takes long time to connect to the registry?
