I want to create an incident template, however instead of creating tasks associated with the incident, I want to create subsequent incidents. 

for example:  New User Template

User submits template and instead of creating 10 tasks that need to be completed for the new user, it creates 10 additional tickets for items that need to be done assigned to specific technician or groups based on what the item (task) is.
