Hi all, I bumped into the next situation Stage 1 1. I added Azure portal as a web site account 2. Resource URL https://portal.azure.com 3. I added account with login and password as well Output: Microsoft forwarded me to another URL automatically that starts from https://login.microsoftonline.com. You can see it on the pictures attached and also can try by your own. As a result, PMP didn't insert login data into a login field. Stage 2 1. Sorting Option Through Reporting Program
I've ran a couple reports and for whatever reason, the ticket numbers or created dates aren't sorted correctly - meaning that they aren't in order. Is there a way to sort it in this reporting program, rather than trying to export it into Excel and then sort it? Thanks for the assist, HL

SDPOndemand running very slow
Guys, Again it is running really really slow. Almost to unacceptable levels. Apparantly we are not the only ones noticing it. I just let you guys now yesterday... and i noticed this for a while already (few weeks) that SDP is getting remarkably slower. Yesterday they restarted a service... i'm starting to worry that it is not a service that is slowing things down, maybe it is just the lack of sheer CPU and memory power that is needed... SDP Running Very Slow - Again
It's almost like this is becoming a weekly occurrence. I checked the site: https://status.manageengine.com/ Performance has been jumping between 159 ms to 220 ms with everything else showing "operating normally". Hi! After updating from 9226 to 9317 and changing MS SQL database engine to internal Postgres we found a bug - case sensetive search in Requester field name for cyrillic letters. For example, if requester name is "Test" it can be found by typing "test" or "Test", but if it's written as "Тест", than typing "тест" is not an option. This behaviour can be reproduced on demo.servicedeskplus.com
Where Do We Find Annoucements in Build 9406?
How do I make annoucements in build 9406? I just updated from build 9326 to 9406, and I, as an administrative technician, no longer see Annoucements in Home. I tried customizing the Technican Home Page, but Annoucment does not show up in the Existing Widgets either. FYI: As a requester, Annoucement is still on the Home page.

Can we add a Asset State called Standalone which will act like Disposed where the Standalone assets will not be scanned. We have lots of standalone computers that are only scanned through Standalone scans. Now everyday ServiceDesk is trying to scan them but they are not on our network so we get errors that Scan Failed.

Could not find an existing thread for this... Need to set 'Due by Date' as NULL when the Request is reassigned to specific Groups that organize their work prioritization in a separate tool. Hello, I would like to ask when creating automatic updates deployment and I choose deployment hours or pick predefined deployment policy, is it executed regarding desktop central server time, or it is executed according to the desktop/laptops local time zone and clock?
