Report for Closed Tickets
Hi
I've done a bit of a search and couldn't find anything that quite fits what I require.
How would I go about generating a report that displays how many tickets have the status "closed" by a technician for the previous week? The closure date would need to be within that previous week period.
I'd like it to display in a table like this:
Technician | Closed
Tech 1 | 32
Tech 2 | 28
Tech 3 | 30
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
