No technician with org admin privilege assigned

No technician with org admin privilege assigned

Hello: I need to add more technicians to SDP Ondemmand but I am recieving the message "You need organization admin privileges to add new user with login permissions". 

I've checked on the technicians list and no one has the blue star.


I'll appreciate your help on this.
