Email traffic reports do not included shared mailboxes
Exchange Report Plus 5.3 b5300 with Exchange 2013 CU20. It appears that none of the email traffic reports included shared mailboxes. The only shared mailbox reports for on-prem Exchange are under Organization/Shared Mailbox Reports and those reports only provide a list of shared mailboxes and permissions for them, while Exchange Online reports do include more shared mailbox reporting, like traffic, size, etc. Is there some way to get email traffic on shared mailboxes for on-prem exchange? PMP stuck on Groups and doesn't populate
When I click on the Groups resource on the left, the animated progress bar shows, but the resource groups never do populate on the screen. Same effect with multiple browsers. I just upgraded to 9.7 and this appears to be the only issue.

SDP - Technician wich can add new users (requester)
Hi how can I make a Technician who can create new users(requesters)? don't want to make him ADAdmin. I test with a ROLE option "Adding Requester" enabled and view: "All in group & Assigned to Technician [Requests and Changes only]" because don't want him to see all requests. but when I login with the technician don't see the admin tab, also cannot see the add requesters in the quick action under request menu neither. any help? thanks

Is there any place where I can increase the visible description length? It seems that I can add a pretty long description; however, the visible description seems to be truncated, though there is enough real estate/space for a longer description to be viewed. Please see attached.

If in the self service portal settings the option to disable the default template for requesters is disabled it removes it from the template list on the app. The issue i have is that I am forced by your system to have a default template that is visible to the requester (in on premisis version i could set it to technican only). SMTP Addresses being removed
Hi, When we modify an existing AD user all of the SMTP addresses are removed. Has anyone seen this before? I'm sure its something in the template i'm using as the built in templates aren't removing the addresses. I'm getting an error message "Error in setting auto reply, Could not connect to the Exchange Server." i can't see anything obvious in the log files.

I want to make sure I do this correctly but I don't see any guides on what best practice is for the agent installation after the image has been deployed. So here a couple questions: 1.
