we also send e-mails to external service providers via an ID. If we then answer or forward the service provider's mail, the date of his mail cannot be indicated as variable, right? As a normal reference as with a mail client. The variable $Title takes the subject of the mail, but $CreatedDate does not take the creation/send date of the mail.

Can someone help me to use the send date as a variable?
