Change a Date/Time field back to blank
Hello, we have ServiceDesk Plus Enteprise 9.4 (9409).
In the Change Module we have an "Additional Field" of Date/Time.
In this field we have put a date/time some days ago, but now we want to change it to blank (N/D) and we can't do it. Is it posible?
