Yesterday I installed the patch to 8009, hoping it would fix this workflow: Request created Technician responds by email Requestor is sent a copy of the email Email is added to request history For us, #3 hasn’t ever worked – it only performs action #4. However, after the patch yesterday, it now sends EVERY response to the administrator if the 'send reply on changes' box is checked. AD SSP password notification bug (still...5 years later)
So we're using AD SSP 64-bit v5703. We having the same issue as reported in password expiry notification email. When we use the password notification, it works fine except when it sends a notification to a user on the day the user password expires. We're using the following HTML code with AD SSP macros: <p>Dear %displayName%,</p> <p>Your password will expire in %noOfDays% days on %dateTime%. You will need to change your password prior to this date/time to ensure uninterrupted access for your account.</p>(etc...etc..)

Knox enrolled device not showing in MDM Console
So I have an Android device (Samsung Galaxy S9) that was previously enrolled in MDM by token for testing, has since been removed and re-enrolled through NFC enrollment to Samsung Knox but doesn't appear in the MDM enrollment devices. It appears on the Samsung Knox console, but not MDM and other fresh Android devices have been enrolled by this method both before and after this handset and they have appeared correctly on both systems. Best practice for PMP API user token rotation
I would like to use PMP API user to fetch resource passwords for any deployment scripts, but I do not want to hard code the PMP API token into my scripts. I was planning to use a 2 API token system where tokens validity is overlapping, so I could always script to fetch the API token for next week and retire the old token after this week. Is there any more information on this error code? I have a handful of machines that aren't getting particular patches, that generate this error code. However, those particular patches are installing on other computers (same make/model/specs) as the ones that are failing. The machines that are taking said patches have the same internal configurations as those that are failing to install the patch. The provided *KB doesn't provide a lot of information to help resolve the issue.

Hi, Since the last update we made to the platform (V. 10.0 BUILD 10011) we have had problems (second time it happens) that the reception of emails from the main mailbox (servicedesk@ourcompany.net) the emails remain in the inbox and aren't generated in servicedesk. We have tried the following: - Restart the Mail Fetching - Configure the mailbox again in servicedesk. - Test with other mailboxes. Issues with Bulk group upload
I am trying to create 60 Distribution groups via the bulk upload in ADmanager. I have created my CSV with below headers: It creates the groups but does not assign an email address to any of the Distribution groups created. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a column missing in the CSV. I have spoken to support they indicate the csv is fine and maybe its because we do not have an up to date version. Planned to be upgraded at the weekend. Failed to update, server can not start, backup can not be restored.
