We have setup an e-mail command, but when we send an email with the subject "SDP" ""ACCOUNT=Test"" ""SITE=Test"" it does not change the properties of the ticket and the ticket remains unassociated. It's almost as if the email is not being parsed.

I've had a good look around and there's not much information on this. Can anyone assist?
