Resolved ticket Reminder Alert
Hello Team, Can we create a rule in ME in which if a request is set to RESOLVED state. User should get auto generated mail which should inform him/her that issue is resolved, and if he/she is still having any issue can revert back to the same mail to reopen it. Search for Solutions inside a Ticket does not work
Good Day, When I search for a Solution inside a Ticket, the search does not find anything despite the fact that there are some articles. When I search directly in the solutions, the search function works fine. Just when I search inside a ticket, it does not work. I have tried all the search options and changed the topics as well. Nothing worked. Are there any suggestions or solutions for this problem? Thank you very much!

Merging ADSelfService instances
Good afternoon, My organization is running two different AD Self Service instances, one is licensed and the other is a free version. We want to merge the two into one server under one subscription without losing any of the configuration or enrollments of either server. Is this possible with ADSS? I can update the two servers to matching ADSS versions beforehand and I believe they are both just using the default PostgreSQL instance. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

citrix patch download
My server can not download the newest CitrixReceiver4.9.600.exe patch from https://downloads.citrix.com/15913/CitrixReceiver.exe?__gda__=1556884353_5e4db8c1d31feb05ca0291217462e29d when i went to citrix website and download the update and tried to upload it I got invalid checksum. I also had issue download the citrix workplace patch. I noticed that the site it is download from is different. I tried to download from https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/windows-ltsr/receiver-for-windows-ltsr-latest.html.

Desktop Central (high cpu usage on Server 2012)
Hello, I am testing Desktop Central on a small group of machines on a local Workgroup. I have installed a fresh copy of Windows Server 2012 on my ESXi server. Upon installing Desktop Central, my CPU usage spikes to 80-90%. The process taking up most of it is postgresql. I can't seem to figure out why this is as this doesn't happen on a local machine. This is a simple test installation, nothing else on the server. Any advice is appreciated

Custom Script shows success after user creation but doesn't work
I have tried contacting support by email, phone and chat with no response. Perhaps one of you can assist me. We are in a Office 365 hybrid deployment, with AD on-premise and email in Exchange Online. Up until now we have left everything as it was in ADMP before we migrated email to Office 365. We simply migrate new accounts from on-prem after creation. Finally have time to testusing ADMP to create the email in Office 365. It is working fine. However, ADMP doesn't allow us to tailor the licensing.

System Manager Field Chooser
Having the ability to search for computers in System Manager via the Description field would be a huge benefit. My point, when joining computers to Active Directory we use the Asset ID for the computer name and the Description field to identify the users. This way a computer is joined to Active Directory once during its life-cycle, greatly reducing the time a support technician spends renaming computers. Desktop central database holding AD data
We are running a single AD domain, with multiple countries in different delegated OU's. We have set our SoM to be limited to the correct OU, however, report are pulling details from the whole of the domain and this is being held within the database. has anyone else experienced this? is there a way to limit this and purge the database? thanks
How to change path/location where Distribution Servers download the patches and software when replicate from DC Server?
Is there a way to change the path or location where a Distribution Server stores the Patches and Softwares replicated files? If I'm not mistaken this is the original path: C:\Program Files (x86)\DesktopCentral_DistributionServer\replication. But I would like to know if there is way to modify to a different location and Agents still be able to reach for them when contacting the Distribution Server. Thanks in advance,
Powershell script after user creation
Hello, I sent an email to support@admanagerplus.com but still have yet to hear back so I wanted to submit my question here in hopes of getting assistance. We currently use a template to create new user accounts, that has been working perfectly. What I want to have accomplished after the creation now is to have a Powershell script create two folders beneath the home folder, we currently can't do that as constituted with ADManager. SD+ Task data: Description
Is the import of SD+ task description data not included for cloud users? It would be useful to be able to create a summary with the actual details of a task/milestone, etc..
Changing Data Types
I'm working with SD+ Task data and would like to change the column data type for Estimated Effort from TEXT to NUMBER. Is this possible or is there another way of converting this column from seconds to minutes/hours/days?
Set category and subcategory from request list view
Would it be possible to add the ability to set the ticket category and subcategory from the request list view? Since you can assign requests from here now it would make sense to be able to change the values for other fields here too? Click category and then popup a window to change category and subcategory and item. Currently have to go into every ticket manually to change and we are assigning to groups via category now and people's custom views are by these fields. Thanks, Dean

Bulk edit allow category change without setting site
Bulk edit of requests currently only shows category and subcategory dropdown values if the site is set. This means to bulk change category on requests, all the requests have to have the same site - the category values don't even show unless you pick a site. The tickets are for different sites so is it possible to allow the category to work without the site being set? We clearly don't want to change them all to the same site. Thanks, Dean

Active Directory Custom Attributes
Hello, I am new to RecoveryManager Plus and just setup the server yesterday. After a bit of searching, I did find the option to add Custom Attributes to the backup, but it is not working. Perhaps because of the type, but these attributes are of type "Text", which should not be so problematic. The attributes are connected to ADManager and are editable, but now we cannot backup these attributes. A 'custom view' quick switch bar
Hello guys, We are using views not so extensively. The reason is that you have to open the 'Views' menu, select a view, and then it switches - the different views are used, but not so much. Wrong Memory Utilization in Cisco ASR 1000-X
Hi, I have 4 Cisco ASR 1002-X routers monitored in OpManager. I just realized the Memory Utilization does not show the real condition. It shows 80%, but the fact is it only using 9%. And it happened only in ASR 1002-X routers series. OpMan: Router: Any other routers such as Cisco C800, ISR4331/K9, CISCO2901/K9, etc shows obviously. I'm figuring out how to fix this problem.
