Hello,

I am trying to reach mac computers using remote control, current version of mac is Mojave 10.14.5 . When I initiate the connection using HTML, a new window pops up but shows green screen with an indicator constantly moving left and right. I have no problems on win computers. I can see the green light on Actions menu of mac in inventory section, every other option is working but remote connection. 

Firewall on mac is off

System Preferences>Security&Privacy>Privacy, ManageengineRemoteAccess is checked

System Preferences>Sharing>Remote Login, local admin account is selected

On ME DC, Admin>SOM>Agent settings, correct credentials are added and selected

Mac and ME DC server on same network.

Anyone have an idea?
