To troubleshoot the Norton issues, you will need to Reinstall Norton Antivirus. For that, download the fix tool and then save the file on your device. Then, right-click on the Norton Upgrader.exe file and after that click Run as administrator. Once you start running the tool, you will have to accept the Usage Agreement. Now, in the installation windows click on Next and proceed.
