Hi All,

We have struck an issue with our latest Samsung A20 devices running Android Version 9 where we can not change the passcode of the device through the MDM, nor can we clear the passcode.

Other issues that we are having are:

GEO Location is not detecting the location of the device

The SIM Phone number is not coming through.

These issues have only just started occurring on the latest flavour of Android. Has anyone else seen this?
