Is there an existing feature request to move the 'Requests caused due to this Change' list to Review or Close? If not, can I raise one?

It makes no sense in planning... Are you planning a change that will cause requests/incidents?

It makes more sense for it to be in the review or close stage when you're deciding whether a change has been successful or not.
