here is the problem, I have a list of distribution lists, I need to generate a report of the member's email address so in one row, I would see the distribution list, the next row would have a list of member's email address separated by a comma I saw that you can generate a report of member's names but I cant find a place were I can create a similar filter
Display timeout settings not working
Hi, I'm in the process of deploying Samsung Galaxy Tab A devices but noticed that the display timeout settings are ignored unless I allow the Modify default device settings option. The tablets are all running Android v9. I found what appears to be a similar post https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/community/topic/display-timeout-in-kiosk-mode Is this a known problem? Bob
Custom Report - unique
I have a custom log coming into EventLog analyzer which as the following: Timestamp - Username - Success/Failure - AppName I can create a custom report that tells me the total count of Successful logins but what i really want is a report that shows me the count of unique user Successful logins. I need unique username because the same user could log into tan app multiple times making the success count be much higher than actual unique users. If this possible with Custom Reports? If so how?

Creating a new user template - SMTP primary address incorrect in Exchange online
I've setup a new user template which appears to be working well other than the fact that the wrong SMTP address is assigned to the user when I check Exchange Online. The template issues an E3 license and the mailbox is created, but the with an incorrect SMTP mail address. Where should the primary SMTP address be set in the template and are there any custom attributes required? We ARE NOT running in a hybrid environment.
Google vs. Microsoft Authenticator
Is there anyway to change the title of "Google Authenticator" to just say "Authenticator App"? I have tested this and both the Google and Microsoft Authenticator apps can be used interchangeably. Users already have authenticator apps on there phone and I would rather just present one option and let the user use the app currently on their phone. By putting the brand name in the option it will make some users think that they can only use one or the other. There are other authenticator apps out there
Remove Users from Security Groups (via csv file)
Does AD Manager allow to bulk update user membership via csv load? For instance, I have 10 requests to remove users from particular security groups. Please note that these could be 10 different users and 10 different security groups. I do not want to remove all users from a specified security group. Also, a user might belong to other security groups, so I cannot remove all groups membership for that user. Appreciate any feedback.

Hello, I have a mid-size installation of Eventlog (11.03, I will update it soon), with around 400 Windows servers to monitor and 10 Domain Controllers (also with AdAudit) and I need to add soon a bit more servers/devices/file servers. Hi, I'm trying to create custom Matrix report based on Technician Department vs Request Status. The problem I have is, the department always show "Not Assigned", after checking around.. I believe this is because the Department from the drop list in the Custom Matrix report are the Requester Department and not the Technician department. Way to restrict and control Bulk Edit of requests
Hi everyone, I used form and rules to limit what the user can update and the flow of the Request to difference stage. But, it seem like they can bypass it by using the Bulk Edit. Just select (the tick box on the left) the Request from the Requests list then, select [Action|Edit] and a pop-up dialog box will appear and used can change the status, etc.. by passing the Form Rules. The permission allow will be based on the Role permission control. Is there way which we can control the {Action | Edit]?
"Conflicting Password" report
Hello, Can anyone explain to me how PMP detects a "conflicting password"? It currently shows that I have 12 conflicting passwords, however, some of the systems are not on the network, so PMP would not be able to detect anything about those passwords.
