Setting up the cascade reply before auto close.

is it possible to have Help-Desk auto-reply after technicians sent last reply?  What we are trying o do is to reply to user and have have help-desk provide 2 additional follow-ups; 1st one after 48 hrs and than 3rd one 24 hrs later.  after that I would like to have the ticket to auto-close.
