PROBLEM TO UPDATE

Dear, good morning.
I am trying to update the platform Service Desk Plus (Current version 10.0), but the following " INVALID NODE" messages appear to me, from what I have read, I understand that it is not an error message.

But after proceeding with the update, it shows me an " Unexpected Error" message and I cannot continue with the update.
