Hi, I have a lot of systems running Windows 10 Enterprise x64 LTSB 2016 (1607). I would like to upgrade these to Windows 10 Enterprise x64 LTSC 2019 (1809). I can do this manually by opening the LTSC 2019 iso, running setup.exe, selecting 'keep files and apps' - this will upgrade windows without touching programs or user data. So I have a few HP R3000 and R5500 UPS. I've started to create a custom template for them, and see I can upload my device template to share with other users. Where do I go to see what other templates users have created? I can't find it anyplace on the opmanager web site. Jeff
Trouble Parsing E-mail Signature in Conversation View (10509)?
Version 10509 If pipe characters ( | ) are placed in the Personalize | E-mail Signature field, they seem to be parsed as carriage returns in the Conversation View. Anybody else encounter this, or have a fix? is there any way to hide the user profile picture for all users as well as the manager and reports to fields. We do not use profile pictures and people will just complain that it is blank. We also use the those fields for technical things so they do not always show what users expect.

Hi! We're trying to implement ADSelfService Plus for the first time. We're having a heck of a time using the product. We have had very inconsistent results. I'm curious if anyone else has had difficulty getting the product running? Would you be able to provide any insights? Does anyone know of a way to get level 3 support with the product? SoM computers more than Inventory computers
In our Desktop Central, I've noticed that when you go to SoM > Computers, it lists around 1400 computers. But when you go to Inventory > Computers, it lists around 1300. Why is there a 100+ difference in listings? Can we add the asset tag/serial number column to the SoM > Computer report? We're trying to determine why the discrepancy in numbers, and how it's affecting our patch numbers.
Send mass command prompt commands?
I have a command that i'd like to send out to multiple computers. They are all windows machines and they are all command prompt commands. Is this possible, or do I have to go through each computer individually using the System Manager command prompt tool? Thanks! -Joe

We were happy to read the release notes for 10507 and see the attachment viewer window finally had PDF support; so we updated this week to 10510. In chrome though, it doesn't seem to work and the readme doesn't have much for details. From what I understand, chrome has a built-in viewer, so how do I get this to work?

Hi there, We're close to switching on our instance to live and I need to delete the dummy content we've been using for testing and reset the counters. I've seen from the forum posts that this can be very build specific. Can I please get some instructions on how to achieve this with the above build? I'm reasonably sure we're using MySQL. Stop response due by date with workflow
Greetings everyone, I am using service desk plus on Demand and I was wondering, if there is any possibility to stop the response due by date using the workflow. We send automatic mails out of the workflow by going through it. Normally a mail sent out of a ticket will stop the due date, however the same does not go with mails sent by the system out of the workflow. Is there any possibility to achieve this or to for example stop the response due date with a ticket-state? Thank you very much!

It appears that when I use $SurveyLink in a survey template, the resulting email has the following text for the 2 links: Attend Survey Skip Survey Can this be changed? "Attend Survey" is not really common in American English. "Complete Survey" or something similar would be better. Can I change it?

Hello, A third of our workforce actually have AD Accounts, the other two thirds do not. I am going to be setting up an HR Section in our Service Catalog and we need those team member that do not have AD account to have the ability to request a local login from the login page with the ability to use their personal e-mail address. Operational hours for worklogs
We have a problem with operational hours. We are working from 9:00 to 18:00 and we use this time for "Due by time" and SLA's. But we don't want to use it for worklogs as our technicians could work even at night and this time should be billable. We tried to add a Service plan with equal cost for working and non-working hours, but when we add worklog for ticket SDP still set only working time as billable. Am I doing something wrong?

PMP 10200 (new install) HA on CentOS 7 w/ RSA SecurID 2fa won't allow logins
I have had this problem before and the solution was, and still is, to remove $PMP_HOME/lib/log4j-over-slf4j-1.7.5.jar Is this still a known issue in 10.2 ? Or is it possible that I don't have a dependency installed in CentOS 7? After removing this file from both master and slave, and restarting PMP on both servers, it allows me to login with RSA SecurID as 2fa.
Copying and pasting from word document into solutions article
I'm currently setting up our knowledge base and copying and pasting existing knowledge base articles from word to the solutions editor. It does not copy correctly. It double spaces lines etc and makes it look weird. Is there going to be an upgrade of the solutions editor or is there a work around. I have attached a screenshot showing the difference. Deploying Office 2016
I am having a hard time deploying our copy of Office 2016. I am working with the standard version, not Pro Plus, or O365. I am using a .exe file and a .xml file. The goal is to perform an unattended, silent installation with the product key included. So far some of my deployments has shown successful but when I check the target computer I see the software has not been installed. Most often my deployments are stuck "In Progress" and eventually I get a message that some of my silent switches
Office 2019 (Windows) update issue
Hi, My Windows systems have Office 2019 build 16.0.10348.20020 installed. Desktop Central shows patch "27257 Office2019_installer_16.0.10349.20017_x64.exe MS19-O2019" as being applicable to these machines. I have tested deploying it -- office 2019 is updated to 16.0.10349.20017 however the built in update checker (Account > Check for updates) stops working ; checks for updates fail with the error "30182-27 (3)". Systems that have not been updated by desktop central are able to update via this method
sync ios with nextcloud calendar/contacts
I have created a profile which syncs an iPhone with a nextcloud calendar and contacts. Because of to the %username% variable it works for all users. Unfortunately I cannot enter the password for the nextcloud in the profile - it is of course different for each user. So the user has to enter the password before she can use the calendar. But whenever I update the profile and push a new version to the devices, the password dialogs pop up again. That is very annoying. How can I improve this situation?
