A third of our workforce actually have AD Accounts, the other two thirds do not.  I am going to be setting up an HR Section in our Service Catalog and we need those team member that do not have AD account to have the ability to request a local login from the login page with the ability to use their personal e-mail address.

How can i go about setting this up?
