Hi!

We're trying to implement ADSelfService Plus for the first time.  We're having a heck of a time using the product.  We have had very inconsistent results.  I'm curious if anyone else has had difficulty getting the product running?  Would you be able to provide any insights?

Does anyone know of a way to get level 3 support with the product?

Any help/comments/suggestions would be appreciated!
