Hi everyone, I found this form the forum $CS.setText("TECHNICIAN",sdp_user.USERNAME); which I can used in the Form Rule to auto fill the current Login in Technician Name. Is there another one for the Current Support Group of the Login Technician. The Technician can be in several Support Group, so is there a Home Group or can it autofill the first Group the Technician belong to? Regards.
PST Migration Tool: Import not working correctly and max Export size 2GB
Hello everyone, I want to migrate about 15 mailboxes from one O365 tenand to another existing tenand. Export: The export of the mailboxes worked fine on my machine. On several other machines (also Servers and VMs) the file size maxed out at 2GB. (I tried different things but I can only get it to work on my computer, not on all others. Evening! Would be very good if we had an option to notify the Support Rep by SMS when a request was re-opened. Even better if we could only do that when based on specific Severity/Priority levels (eg. via Business rules).
E-Mail IDs to Notify does not work properly
Good Day The function "E-Mail IDs to Notify" does not work properly. If we fill in an E-Mail-Adress during the manual ticket creation, it seems to work fine. However if a ticket is created automatically via mail-to-ticket and we edit the field "E-Mail IDs to Notify" afterwards, the CC Addresses are not shown whilst replying to a message. Is there a solution for this problem or could you fix it with the coming update? Thank you very much.

NTFS Reports - Permissions for Folders
We are evaluating ADManagerPlus side by side with our current Quest reporter. We want to produce a list of folder permissions for a given server\share or server\drive$. We want the report to list the folders and for each list the explicit permissions set for users or groups. Your reporting seems to calculate all the permissions by users/groups, then lists it with no apparent order. Am I missing something? I want: \\server\folder1 user1 permissions user2 permissions group 1 permissions \\server\folder1\folder2

Display timeout settings not working
Hi, I'm in the process of deploying Samsung Galaxy Tab A devices but noticed that the display timeout settings are ignored unless I allow the Modify default device settings option. I have a custom log coming into EventLog analyzer which as the following: Timestamp - Username - Success/Failure - AppName I can create a custom report that tells me the total count of Successful logins but what i really want is a report that shows me the count of unique user Successful logins. I need unique username because the same user could log into tan app multiple times making the success count be much higher than actual unique users. If this possible with Custom Reports? If so how?

Creating a new user template - SMTP primary address incorrect in Exchange online
I've setup a new user template which appears to be working well other than the fact that the wrong SMTP address is assigned to the user when I check Exchange Online. The template issues an E3 license and the mailbox is created, but the with an incorrect SMTP mail address. Where should the primary SMTP address be set in the template and are there any custom attributes required? We ARE NOT running in a hybrid environment.
Google vs. Microsoft Authenticator
Is there anyway to change the title of "Google Authenticator" to just say "Authenticator App"? I have tested this and both the Google and Microsoft Authenticator apps can be used interchangeably. Users already have authenticator apps on there phone and I would rather just present one option and let the user use the app currently on their phone. By putting the brand name in the option it will make some users think that they can only use one or the other. There are other authenticator apps out there
Remove Users from Security Groups (via csv file)
Does AD Manager allow to bulk update user membership via csv load? For instance, I have 10 requests to remove users from particular security groups. Please note that these could be 10 different users and 10 different security groups. I do not want to remove all users from a specified security group. Also, a user might belong to other security groups, so I cannot remove all groups membership for that user. Appreciate any feedback.

Tuning Eventlog Analyzer
Hello, I have a mid-size installation of Eventlog (11.03, I will update it soon), with around 400 Windows servers to monitor and 10 Domain Controllers (also with AdAudit) and I need to add soon a bit more servers/devices/file servers. The VM hosting both product have 8 core and 16GB All, Domain Controllers and Servers are on AdAudit, so I have some questions: 1- Do I need to optimize AdAudit or Eventlog Analyzer in order to improve performance? 2- Is it normal to have a the cpu between 80% and 100%
