ServiceDesk Plus's chat can now be loaded as an external widget on websites. Make use of the Integrate Live Chat feature to embed chat on websites.
To enable this, navigate to Admin > Incident management > Chat settings > Integrate live chat and use the HTML website's source code displayed on the page.
The live chat will be added as a widget.
