Shortcut Icons to Start/Stop ManageEngine

Shortcut Icons to Start/Stop ManageEngine

When I am doing an upgrade to apply a service pack I don't have any icons at the location below to allow me to start / stop ServiceDesk. 

Start -> Programs -> ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 

What are the short cuts so that I can add them
