E-Mail IDs to Notify does not work properly

Good Day

The function "E-Mail IDs to Notify" does not work properly. If we fill in an E-Mail-Adress during the manual ticket creation, it seems to work fine. However if a ticket is created automatically via mail-to-ticket and we edit the field "E-Mail IDs to Notify" afterwards, the CC Addresses are not shown whilst replying to a message. Is there a solution for this problem or could you fix it with the coming update?
