Feature ID - 15362 - Ability to configure custom notifications via "Emails / SMS / Push notification

Evening!
Would be very good if we had an option to notify the Support Rep by SMS when a request was re-opened.  Even better if we could only do that when based on specific Severity/Priority levels (eg. via Business rules).
